I started photography while still in school in 1985 and studied videography at O.C.I.C in 1988.
In 1990 I worked as a photographer and writer for the popular film newspaper ‘Thiratharu’ and the weekend ‘Lakdiva’ newspaper.
I also went on to do photography for popular films such as ‘Wisi Dela’, ‘Anuragaye Ananthaya’, ‘Anthima Reya’ and ‘Ninja Sri Lanka’.
While working on wedding photography, I pioneered the launch of Magic Light in 2014 as a step forward in my photography career.
